At times we can gather negative energy in our daily routine knowingly or unknowingly. It can be due to our stressful conditions at work and home, an illness or even our own behaviour. If you have been feeling low on energy, lack of vitality, too worried, stressed, heavy in the head, fidgety or need healing from an illness, chances are that negative energy has cumulated. You can perform Salt Therapy to remove the negative energies so that positive energy can take over and grow in you. This is just one way to perform Salt Therapy. We will share more ways in upcoming posts.
1. Add a few drops of essential oil (such as rose, jasmine, lavender, tea tree or any fragrance of your liking) in 2kg salt (approx.) and keep the mixture separately in an air tight box. Any salt can be used but it is best to use natural salts like the Himalayan Yellow salt or Rock Salt.
2. Take your bath with soap and shampoo as usual. Make a paste of the mixture by adding a little bit of water. Apply the paste on the whole body and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Then wash it off with plain water. The paste can even be applied on the scalp for a few minutes.
3. If the weather is cold then just add the mixture in half a bucket of warm water and bathe with it after your usual bath. Then wash it off with plain warm water. Do not use soap or shampoo after the salt therapy.
Follow Salt Therapy everyday for 2-3 weeks to see significant increase in your positive energy levels. You can follow this everyday of your life to maintain good energy. See yourself glow, be happier, healthier and full of energy again!
